The Best Dad in the Whole World!!!

Father #1 Aaron

I cannot say enough about this incredible man. Aaron is the most devoted, patient, kind and loving father and husband I could imagine. He is so willing to be apart of the girls lives, and everything they do.

He recently helped the girls get involved in planting our family Veggie Garden. He helped with everything for Isabelle's dance recital. He plays, and wrestles with them, tickles them and hugs and kisses them. He is so happy when they are happy.

To me the best kind of Father Teaches, Loves, Gives, Supports, Laughs, and Plays. He also Gives Spiritual, Physical and Mental guidance, and is concerned and caring of the things that his Children are concerned about. Aaron is all this and what makes him the most wonderful to me is that he loves me. He shows not only me but the girls how much I mean to him. A caring and devoted husband, gives confidence to his children. Aaron you are everything to me and I love and honor you, especially at this time for celebrating Fathers.

My Father

My dad is a great man that not only raised his children to be just, fair and good people, but to look for the good in life and take it upon yourself to create good memories and enjoy each day for what you can. I love you Dad and will always be grateful for the influence you have had in my life. You are the most supportive and greatest Cheerleader of my life. You are leaving me a great legacy.
Herb my Father in Law

Yes, in this picture he is wearing women's shoes. He has not only a fun time with the kids, but he makes them feel important. He has a great sense of humor and is always striving for himself and his Children and Grandchildren to be and do the best they can. Improvement and giving your all to what you do is a great legacy. I have learned a great deal from Herb and will forever be grateful for his influence and guidance that has been a great part of making Aaron who he is today.

There are so many Grandfathers that have been in my life. Both of my Grandfathers are passed on, but they have left their legacy's and will be forever grateful for the goodness that has touched my life because of them. Aaron's Grandpa Val, Grandpa Gene and Grandpa Don have also left a wonderful legacy of Fatherhood. Val taught his sons hard work and to uphold what is Right. Gene has taught his family to be just in their actions, discerning and wise. Don has shown us humor, and gentleness, and I for one will never forget the twinkle in his eye.

Thank you Father's

First Sentences

Ella said one of her first real sentences today. Belle hit me. She said it slow each word distinct. It was sad because there were tears in her eyes, but I almost burst out laughing. She said a sentence, I was totally blown away. It was so cute. She has also said, Luv u Dad-dy. She is so adorable, and I love her so much. It is so fun having children. My little ones, I just want to hold them and kiss them. I wish I didn't lose my patience with them when they are stinker's.

THE DANCE RECITAL!!!

Wow! The recital is really here. We have been working on this for most of the year and here it is. I have to say that I had a lot of fun doing in spite of all the difficulties and time it took to put it together. Six dance classes doesn't sound like a lot, but six classes, with all the students costumes, choreography for 7 dances plus solos, class lessons and pictures, was kind of a big project for me. I do love teaching, and helping the students do the best they can do, and to understand what it is they can do to improve. I love my dancers and enjoy the moments when I see them make a break through with their dancing. I don't know if I can teach like this forever, but I do love to teach and I think I will always do it to some degree.

The Big day arrived and it was crazy and fun! Belle looked so darling. The costumes were great and everything was underway.

Aaron helped move all the props from the studio to Viewmont. What a trouper he always is. I involve him in everything and he just does it. He is the best Husband ever!

The lighting for this Storm dance was the hardest to set up, it took almost an hour, but after that everything went pretty smoothly. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and did a great job.

The recital started on time and ran less than an hour. It went great! I was very happy with how it turned out.

Isabelle and I were able to dance together during a special part of the performance. It was so special to be able to do it together.

What a fun Experience!
Greatest Dad!! Belle got the flowers that she feels are necessary for any star dancer:)
Lots of fun faces and cute costumes!!!

I will always love these faces and cherish these memories.

Popcorn theif

We have ourselves a popcorn indian giver. She steals popcorn from one bowl to put it in another bowl and back again

At least Daddy gets Kisses in return!

Bitting

So this little one recently went through a bitting phase. She is cute but can inflict a lot of pain on her poor big sister.

Belle is showing evidence of her painful bite-mark.

Here is a close up of the full mouth shot. You can see the teeth clearly.

However they are still friends and love each other. Belle is very patient.

Anywhere but her bed!

Ella will fall asleep in the oddest places. For some reason she doesn't like to fall asleep in her bed.

This is the first time I found her asleep in her dresser. Her head was underneath and all I could see was her diaper and legs. I tried to be quiet getting the picture but woke her up before I could get a good shot.

Can I run away

So, today is one of those days that I would really like to run away.

I really have no excuse for my behavior. I feel like I am at the end of my rope. If I have to deal with one more crying, whining child I think I might go mad. I would like to just lock them both up in separate padded rooms and put myself in time out. Can there be a way to persuade a child that they want to do what you say. Heaven forbid they do what they are supposed to do, and avoid a big dent in their head. It is so much more fun when they can do exactly what they want and get into a bar of Lindt chocolate that even I can only eat a piece of or two a day with out getting sick. That way they can get it all over their body, the office chair and floor. Then squish it in their hand and enjoy the feel of soft chocolate.

Can someone suggest some methods of persuasion? Please!
